Here are our policies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Agreement with BLTA LLC

  1. This is a private tour organized by BLTA LLC, and the clients joining this tour shall conclude a private tour contract with Kaori Kurihara.

  2. BLTA LLC shall provide tour arrangement and itinerary management so that the client receives tour services including transport/accommodations (hereinafter referred to as “tour services”).

   3. Participants must report and request a refund with the form of writing, either certified mail or marked email.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1.       If notice of cancellation is received by Kaori 100 days prior to the starting date of the tour, 

50 % of the tour fare will be deducted from the refund because the air tickets are non-refundable. If the air tickets are refundable or credited for future use, the participants can be retributed directly from the airline company. (Air tickets become clients' property after the purchase)

2.       If notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the starting time of the tour,  80 % of the tour fare will be deducted from the refund because the accommodations and transportations are non-refundable at this point. (It could be credits for future use depending on the hotels and case)

3.       If notice of cancellation is received on the day of departure, or in case of failure to show up without notice, 100 % of the tour fare will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation by BLTA

 BLTA may cancel the travel contract for tours after the departure date in the following cases:

  1. When the client is unable to continue, the tour owing to illness or other factors.

  2. When the client disturbs the order of collective activities of tour participants by negligence of instruction from tour guide or violent deeds or menace towards these people or those accompanying them, which otherwise Jeopardizes safety, smooth tour operation.

  3. When the tour cannot continue owing to natural disaster, weather conditions, civil unrest, labor disputes, suspension of services by transportation or accommodation facilities, governmental orders, or other causes beyond BLTA’s control.

    4. If BLTA cancels the travel contract in accordance with the Provision 2-1) hereinabove,                         travel services rendered to the client shall be deemed as having been completed.

        In cases where travel services are not rendered owing to tour cessation, or services

        for which BLTA has paid, (or will pay) expenses, cancellation charge, penalty, or                                   etc.,BLTA will refund only the balance thereof.

     5. When BLTA cancels the travel contract for tours in accordance with the provision

            2.1)-a) and c) hereinabove, BLTA shall, at the client’s expense, make necessary                                    arrangements as requested for return to point of departure.

Fulfillment/shipping Policy

The guided tour fee includes transportation, accommodations, a helping guide in Japan or Thailand. Some breakfast might be complimentary at hotels.

Not included in the Tour Fare

 

  1. Laundry, telephone, additional meals and drinks, and any other expenses of personal nature.

  2. International and domestic air fares for additional sightseeing or excursions which are not on itinerary. Airport departure taxes

  3. Excess baggage fee, heavy baggage fee (depending the airline; UA=23.0 kg(50Ib) for one baggage)

  4. Guides and assistance services for private times or free plan times

  5. Medical expenses for injuries and illness.

  6. Traveling and accommodation costs between arrival/departure and the start and end points of the itinerary.

  7. Meals except it says included in the itinerary

  8. Fees and charges for passports, visas

  9. Inoculations,

  10. Beverages (except coffee, tea or milk with breakfast or when expressly specified)

  11. Travel insurance

  12. Tipping,

  13. Optional excursions

  14. Postage, phone calls

  15. Airline or government taxes

  16. Passport fee

A privacy policy is a statement that discloses some, or all, of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It fulfills a legal requirement to protect a visitor or client's privacy.

The information we correct from you is used to arrange a tour for you. We share those information to book flights, book hotels, book activities, and all our tour related bookings.
